Hummer halted production over a decade ago, but GMC revived the brand last year with the 2022 GMC Hummer EV, an all-electric pickup truck. And with the reveal of this new electric SUV, GMC is doubling down on the Hummer brand.
The new Hummer EV SUV is a two-row SUV that will be offered in four trim levels. The most expensive versions debut in early 2023, with a base model with a starting price of around ,000 coming in spring 2024. Beyond a bold road presence, the tremendous power should ensure the Hummer EV SUV will stand out on the road. It doesn’t offer the 1,000 hp max of the Hummer EV pickup, but we’re certain that 830 hp and a 3.5-second 0-60 mph time will leave buyers plenty satisfied. Inside the cabin there is a massive 13.4-inch center screen and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster.
