Surveillance video shows a man reach into the open window of an SUV, pull out a purse, stuff it in a garbage bag and walk away with two others. The daughter of that purse’s owner says she set up a stand for her small business earlier that day at a pop-up event. She says her mom put their income from the event in the purse and left it in their vehicle for just a moment while she went to help her daughter pack up.
